Chapter 17: A 7-Day Context Reboot

Changing life context does not need to begin with a huge plan.

Huge plans are heavy.

A better beginning is seven days.

Seven days is short enough not to scare you, but long enough to show change.

The Plan

Day 1Audit six contexts: information, relationships, space, tasks, body, narrative.
Day 2Remove three low-quality information sources.
Day 3Choose one book for your current life problem and read for 30 minutes.
Day 4Reduce one draining contact or scene.
Day 5Move closer to one high-quality person.
Day 6Organize one space so a good behavior becomes easier.
Day 7Review the week and choose one context to replace next.

The goal is not to transform your life in a week.

The goal is to see that life can be adjusted.

You can change input.

You can change environment.

You can change feedback.

You can restart.
