Week 1Observe the old context and how it shapes you.
Week 2Make one clear replacement.
Week 3Keep the new default, imperfectly but continuously.
Week 4Review the change and decide what to keep.

This is not an exam.

It is an experiment.

If you fail halfway, do not immediately say “I cannot do it.”

Ask: which context pulled me back?

The feed?

A relationship?

A messy space?

Poor sleep?

A goal too large?

Feedback too far away?
