Chapter 20: Weekly Context Review

Context management should not remain a burst of motivation.

If you return to the same feeds, relationships, spaces, tasks, and stories, the old system will produce old output.

That is why you need review.

Twenty minutes a week is enough to begin.

Weekly Questions

  1. What were the three inputs that shaped me most this week?

  2. Which information made me clearer? Which made me anxious?

  3. After whom did my energy rise? After whom did it fall?

  4. Which space supported me? Which space drained me?

  5. What real output did I create?

  6. How did my body affect judgment and emotion?

  7. What self-story did I use this week?

  8. What context will I replace next week?

If you want the smallest version, write four lines:

The context that nourished me this week was:

The context that drained me this week was:

Next week I will keep:

Next week I will replace:

Review is not for recording life.
