Appendix: Context Audit Sheet

Use this once a month. Do not try to be perfect. Do not judge yourself.

The purpose is simple: see what is shaping you.

Information

  • What do I read, watch, and listen to most often?
  • Which sources make me clearer?
  • Which sources make me anxious, angry, empty, or avoidant?
  • What three sources should I reduce?
  • What three better inputs should I add?

Relationships

  • Who are the five people I interact with most?
  • Who helps me respect myself?
  • Who makes me doubt myself?
  • Who gives honest feedback?
  • Who pulls me back to an old version?

Space

  • Where do I spend most of my time?
  • Which space supports attention?
  • Which space invites distraction?
  • What small spatial change can I make this week?

Tasks

  • What ability is my daily work training?
  • Which tasks consume me without growth?
  • What real project can give me feedback?

Body

  • Is my sleep stable?
  • Is movement part of my week?
  • What body state is affecting my judgment?

Narrative

  • What sentence do I repeat about myself?
  • Does it support action or close the future?
  • What better story can I practice?
